摘要
职业素养培养研究已成为职业院校亟待关注的课程研究领域。本文以综述的形式研究了职业素养的内涵、职业素养缺失的原因、职业素养培养的基本理论和方法,并且提出了未来的研究方向,以期对后续研究做些前提性和基础性工作。
As the study of the cultivation of professionalism needs the urgent concern of the curriculum research in higher vocational colleges,this paper studies the connotations of professionalism,the reasons for the lack of professionalism,the basic theory and methods for developing professionalism,and proposes the future research directions in order to do some basic work for the follow-up study.
