摘要
本文研究了16MnR材料在饱和硫化氢+0.1mol/LNaCl溶液等不同试验溶液的应力腐蚀现象,发现该应力腐蚀体系是氢致开裂型和阳极溶解型并存。在酸性溶液以氢致开裂为主,在中性或碱性溶液以阳极溶解型为主。
Abstract The mechanism of stress corrosion of 16MnR in mediator of saturate H 2S solution +0 1mol/L NaCl solution have investigated by the Stable Polarization Curves and Constant Deflection Test.Both of hydrogen induced cracking and anodic dissolve cracking exist in the meantime.
