蛙心灌流实验中插管方法的改进 被引量:13

摘要 ①目的观察改进蛙心灌流实验中蛙心插管方法的效果。②方法蛙心插管改为从右主动脉插入;插管时保持蛙心内血液的正常循环;在任氏液中加入肝素。③结果实验组蛙心插管的时间为(94±7)s,成功率、离体心脏存活时间、主动脉瓣损伤率、凝血率和心律失常率分别为86.66%、(2.57±0.59)h、3.84%、0.00%和25.1%;对照组蛙心插管的时间为(145±11)s,成功率、离体心脏存活时间、主动脉瓣损伤率、凝血率和心律失常率分别为63.33%、(1.71±1.10)h、52.63%、21.05%和58.53%。两组观察指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。④结论改进后的插管方法明显缩短插管时间,提高插管成功率,延长插管后蛙心的存活时间,降低了主动脉瓣损伤率、凝血率及心律失常率,为后续实验提供了活性较好的离体蛙心。 Objection To improve the cannulation in the experiment of toad heart perfusion.Methords Toad heart cannulation was transformed from right aorta cannula,normal circulation in the heart of toad during cannulation was kept,and heparin was added to Ringer,s solution.Results The time of cannulation,the successful rate,heart survival time,damage rate of aortic valve,rate of coagulation and arrhythmia were(94±7)s,86.66%,(2.57 ±0.59)h,3.84%,0.00%,25.1% and(145±11)s,63.33%、(1.71±1.10)h、52.63%、21.05%,58.53% in experiment group and control group respectively,and there were significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion During toad heart perfusion,improved cannulation could markedly shorten time of cannulation,increase the successful rate of cannulation and heart survival time,decrease the damage of aortic valve,coagulation and arrhythmia,make an active isolated toad heart for successive experiment.
