摘要 阐述了山区小水电工程在建设期和运行期对区域生物多样性影响的主要途径,针对影响特点提出了保护生物多样性的宏观和具体对策。 The prime approach of the impacts of small hydropower projects in mountain areas in construction period and operation period were discussed. Aiming at the influence characteristics,some macro and concrete measures for the biodiversity conservation were proposed.
