摘要
我省城乡居民消费的主要问题是:城镇居民收入和消费支出低于全国和兄弟省;农村居民收入增长滞后,农村消费市场发展落后于城镇。解决这些问题应采取以下对策:转变发展方式与优化产业结构,优化投资结构,进一步挖掘城乡市场消费潜力,发挥好城乡流通企业的积极性,增加城乡居民收入,完善社会保障体系,进一步改善流通企业的市场发展环境。
The main problems of consumption of urban and rural residents of our province are as follows： the income and consumption expenditure of urban residents are below the national and fraternal provinces;rural income growth in lagging behind the development of the rural consumer market town.To address these issues,we should take the following measures： changing mode of development and optimization of industrial structure,optimizing the investment structure,further tapping the rural market consumption potent,playing an active urban and rural distribution companies,and increasing urban and rural incomes,improving the social security system to further improve circulation enterprises market environment for development.
