摘要
通过对贵阳地区典型城市居民住宅问卷调查,分析研究该地区人们对住宅热环境的主观感受,改善室内热环境设备的使用情况。通过统计得出,在贵阳地区居民对夏季居住热环境是基本满意的,而对冬季居住热环境不满意率较高,冬季采暖是必要的,但是应该选择合理的采暖形式,重视围护结构的保温性能。
Based on the questionnaires of the typical urban residential buildings in Guiyang area, analyzes the subjective sensation of occupants on thermal environment. According to the statistical analysis, residents basically satisfy with the thermal environment they live in summer, while dissatisfy in winter. It is necessary of winter heating in Guiyang area. However,the heating mode should be seasonally selected, and the insulating performance of building envelope should be taken seriously.
