摘要
目的研究加入不同数目的金属加强丝对义齿基托修理后弯曲强度的影响。方法制作25个聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)热凝树脂试件,随机分为5组,通过三点弯曲试验将试件压断,并测得其弯曲强度。其中4组试件断面经预备后分别加入1~4根不锈钢丝,以未加入钢丝组为对照组,并用自凝塑料修理裂缝,测定修理后试件的弯曲强度。结果除加入1根钢丝组外,其余各组强度恢复率均高于对照组(F=6.72,q=5.45~6.34,P〈0.05)。加入2、3、4根钢丝组间强度恢复率比较,差异无显著性(q=0.04~0.88,P〉0.05)。结论加入2~4根金属加强丝可增强义齿基托修理后的弯曲强度。
Objective To study the effect of embedding different amount of metal wires on the flexural strength of re- paired denture base. Methods Twenty five rectangular specimens were fabricated using heat-cured acrylic resins then equally di- vided into five groups in random. The specimens were broken using a universal testing machine, and the flexural strength was tes- ted. After the preparation, the cross sections of test pieces were separately embedded with one to four metal wires and that without any metal wires embedded seved as control group. All the cracks were repaired using self-curing resin. The flexural strength was then measured again. Results The strength recovery rate increased in all groups compared with the control, except the group that was added with only one metal wire (F--6.72 ,q~ 5.45--6.34 ,P'~0.05). The differences among groups embedded with two, three and four pieces of metal wires were not significant (P~〉0.05). Conclusion Embedding two to four metal wires can improve the repaired flexural strength of the denture base.
