摘要
目的探讨冈上肌腱钙化的关节镜治疗效果。方法对我科收治的13例冈上肌腱钙化病人,应用关节镜行微创手术清理病灶,评价其术后的疼痛缓解情况,HSS肩关节评分。结果所有病人术后疼痛得到了即刻缓解。术后随访2～6个月,平均3个月,HSS评分优良率达92.3%,无感染病例。结论冈上肌腱钙化应用关节镜行微创清理术,手术创伤小,病人恢复快,是一种安全有效的治疗手段。
Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic treatment of calcification of supraspinatus tendon（CST）.Methods Thirteen patients with CST treated with focus clearance using minimally invasive surgery were analyzed.Postoperative easement of pain and HSS score of shoulder were evaluated. Results The pain in all the patients relieved immediately after surgery.Postoperative follow-up for mean（range） 3（2-6） months showed fineness rate reaching 92.3%,with no infection being found.There were no infections found after the operation. Conclusion Minimally invasive focus-clearance through arthroscopic surgery for CST is a safe therapeutic tool with little wound and fast recovery.
