摘要
运用上海师范大学图书馆馆藏资源用户调查结果,对前期构建的高校图书馆馆藏资源用户满意度评价量表进行了信效度检验,继而确定了量表维度和条目的评价权重。在此基础上,通过对用户使用图书馆频率在馆藏资源满意度差异的方差分析,探讨了用户满意度与用户行为的关联。结果表明:(1)量表具有较好的信度和效度;(2)权重反映了量表各维度的相对重要性;(3)用户满意度与其行为之间存在相关。
The paper assessed the reliability and validity of user satisfaction scale constructed before in university library resources by employing user questionnaire results of Shanghai normal university library resources. Then the weight of dimensions and items of scale is established. Based on analysis of variance on the different satisfaction of users who use library on different frequency, the relationship between user satisfaction and user behavior is discussed. The results show that the scale has good reliability and validity, and the weight can reflect the relative importance of the scale dimensions, and user satisfac tion is positively related to its behavior.
