摘要
文章介绍阿里巴巴商学院利用校企合作新机制,在课程体系、实践平台、师资队伍等三个方面,探索以创业教育为实质内涵的人才培养体系,展现了独具特色的创业教育新模式。
This paper deals with the new college-entreprise cooperation mechanism in Alibaba Business College. A personnel training system is introduced with the enterpreneurship education as its essence in the following aspects： the curriculum system, the practice platform and the staff team. And also, a new pattern about enterpreneurship education is showed with new characteristics.
