摘要
针对安徽某铜矿原矿品位下降,铜的回收率有所降低的问题,进行了选矿试验研究。采用半优先半混合浮选流程以及中矿选择性分级再磨工艺,最终获得的总铜精矿铜品位为20.71%,回收率为91.53%。在保证现有流程铜品位20.70%的情况下,回收率比原有流程提高了1.13%。
Aiming at the problem of the grade of raw copper ore and copper recovery decreasing in a mine,Anhui province,an experimental research was carried out.By adopting semi-preferential and semi-mixing floatation,and process of selective classification and regrinding of middlings,a concentrate with total copper grade of 20.71% and copper recovery of 91.53% was gained.While copper grade of 20.71% was guaranteed,the copper recovery was increased by 1.13%.
