冷冻消融治疗心房颤动患者22例临床护理 被引量:1

摘要 探讨冷冻消融治疗心房颤动术前术后的护理。具体包括术前心理护理及术前准备,术后生命体征的监测,穿刺部位出血的预防,并发症的观察、护理和健康指导。22例患者术后随访3-12个月,其中16例临床症状得到改善,无心房颤动复发,2例需服抗心律失常药维持窦性心律,4例心房颤动复发,取得了良好的疗效。因此积极的术前准备和术后严密的观察及护理是手术成功的重要保证。
