摘要
以桂花油香精为芯材,采用复凝聚法制备了平均粒径12.4μm的桂花油香精微胶囊,研究了工艺参数对香精释放的影响。实验表明,固化剂用量、水浴温度、油胶比对释放效果有一定的影响。
The sweet scented osmanthus essence microcapsules with average size 12.4 μm were prepared by complex coacervation, factors influencing the release of essence were studied. The result showed that the hardening agent, temperature of water bath,ratio between oil and shell materials had influence on the release of essence.
