摘要
林业合作社在化解林农经营风险和市场风险、促进林业规模经营方面起到了非常重要的作用。集体林权制度改革之后进行的林业合作社研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。以对福建省永安市25家林业合作社的深入调研为基础,对林业合作社的发展现状及特点进行了深入的思考,对目前林业合作社存在的问题进行了系统的剖析,并提出了关于规范和发展林业合作社的几点思考。
Forestry cooperative organization plays a key role in resolving business risk and market risk of forestry peasants, and promoting scale management of forestry. Research on forestry cooperative organization has important theoretical and practical significance after the reform of collective forest right system. Based on investigation of 25 forestry cooperative organizations in Yong＇ an city, Fujian province, this paper summarizes current situation and characteristics of the forestry cooperative organizations, analyzes existed problems. Finally, suggestions are put forward on regulation and development of forestry cooperative organizations.
