摘要
研究了低温形变退火生产的P5、P22热扩无缝钢管的显微组织、晶粒度、非金属夹杂物和室温力学性能,参考ASTMA335和GB5310标准对试验结果进行了评价,并与原管和热扩后经后续热处理的钢管比较。结果表明,低温形变退火生产的P5、P22热扩无缝钢管和经后续热处理钢管的显微组织、晶粒度、非金属夹杂物和室温力学性能,均符合ASTMA335对P5、P22钢和GB5310对1Cr5Mo、12Cr2MoG钢的要求。这为进一步推广生产流程简单、质量稳定、经济实用的热扩工艺奠定了重要基础。
Microstructure, grain size, non-metallic inclusions and mechanical properties at room temperature of P5 and P22 hot expanded seamless steel tubes with low temperature thermomechanical annealing treatment were investigated. The result was evaluated with the reference of ASTM A335 and GB 5310, and compared with that of crude seamless steel tubes and the tubes with subsequent heat treatment. The results indicated that the microstructure, grain size, non-metallic inclusions and mechanical properties of P5 and P22 hot expanded steel tubes and the tubes with subsequent heat treatment fully met the requirements of ASTM A335 to P5 and P22 steel, or GB 5310 to 1CrSMo and 12Cr2MoG steel. It could provide a foundation to popularize the economic and practical hot ex- panding process with simplified production procedure and steady quality.
