摘要
根据造纸生产废水的特点,提出了采用"氧化、脱色和絮凝"协同处理方法。探讨了搅拌速度、絮凝反应时间、pH值、药剂用量和温度对CODCr去除率和脱色率的影响,得出了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,在常温下,两性聚丙烯酰胺CAPAM用量6.0g/m3、氧化交联剂PDO用量44.0g/m3、pH=8、搅拌速度80r/min、絮凝时间为10min和静止时间为35min的条件下,CODCr的去除率和脱色率分别为95.1%和97.68%,处理后的废水达到了可生化的指标范围。并对处理成本和絮凝机理进行了探讨。
A novel physical chemistry method was developed to dispose the paper-making wastewater based on the proprerties of such water. The influence of the stirring speed,pH value, the amount of chemicals and the temperature on the CODcr and chromaticity removal rate were investigated. Under the room temperature, the following were the optimized processing con- ditions: the volumn of flocculants was 6.0g/m3, regimenting agent was 44.0g/m3, pH value was 8.0, the stirring speed was at 80r/min, the time of floceulation was 10min, the standing time was 35rain. After treatment, the CODc, and chromaticity re- moval rate was 95.1% and 97.68%, respectively. The processed waste Water could meet the requirements for biodegradability. The processing expenditure and the flocculation mechanism were also discussed in the study.
