摘要
目的:评价胃肠道术后早期肠内营养支持的安全性和有效性。方法:通过鼻十二指肠管和肠内营养输注系统,在病人术后6h即开始给予肠内营养支持,观察临床表现和测定营养支持前后病人的血糖、肝肾功能、电解质以及其他有关营养状况的指标。结果:所有病人胃肠道功能恢复较快,没有出现其他消化道症状和感染性并发症。血糖、肝肾功能和电解质在营养前后处于正常范围。病人的体重、血浆蛋白、转铁蛋白和纤维连接蛋白术后第7天均有不同程度的上升。结论:早期肠内营养(含膳食纤维)是安全有效的,对促进胃肠道功能恢复,保持肠道粘膜屏障,防治感染性并发症,改善机体营养状况起到了一定的积极作用。
Objectives:To evaluate the safety and effect of enteral nutrition support at early period after gastroenteric operation. Methods:One enteral nutrition preparation(Nutrison Fibre) that had fibres was infused to GI through noseduodenal feeding tube and started at six hours after gastroenteric operation.The blood glucose,the function of liver and kidney,electrolytes and nutritional status were observed. Results:The GI function of all patients recovered faster than the usual.The gastroenteric and infective complications were not found.The plasma glucose,function of liver and kidney and electrolyte did not change.The weight,serum albumin,transferrin and fibrous binding protein increaced. Conclusions:This method of enteral nutrition support is safe and effective for maintainning enteral protective screen,improving the gastroenteric function and nutrition condition of patients.
