摘要 观察沙鼠脑缺血再灌注后纳洛酮对海马神经元c-fos蛋白表达及神经元形态改变的影响。方法采用沙鼠急性全脑缺血模型,用免疫组织化学及组织化学方法观察海马c-fos蛋白表达及细胞形态改变。结果纳洛酮能明显加强急性全脑缺血沙鼠海马各区c-fos蛋白的表达,CA1区尤为明显。同时纳洛酮能明显改善缺血后CA1区神经元细胞的变性坏死。结论纳洛酮对缺血后海马神经元细胞的保护作用可能与加强c-fos蛋白的表达有关。 The aim of present study is to investegate the effect of naloxone on the c-fos protein expression in hippocampus neuron after transient global cerebral ischaemia. Methods The immunohistochemical and histochemical methods were used to evaluate the changes of the c-fos protein expression and cell structure in hippocampus. Results Naloxone had marked effect on the induction of c-fos protein expression and protected cell structure in hippocampus following transient global cerebral ischaemia in gerbils. Conclusion The protective effect of naloxone on hippocampal neurons might be related with increasing c-fos protein expression after cerebral ischaemia and re-perfusion.
