摘要
在回顾相关文献的基础上,基于北京市的调查数据对都市型现代农民培训需求及影响因子进行了分析。结果表明:教育程度、人均年收入、从事行业种类对农民是否参加教育培训有较大影响;多数农民在培训内容、方式与机构的选择上依然是实用技术、面授及政府部门、正规院校和就业单位。为此,应把握需求,创新机制,规范管理,改进方法,创新农民培训模式。
Based on the relative literature review,this essay makes analysis on aspiration,demand and effect of cultivation by using data investigated.It shows that the level of education,per capita income and the industry farmers engaged in can make great influence on decision of joining in cultivation.On the other hand,most farmers would like to learn practical technologies in government departments,institutions and relative company.Finally,this essay proposes some policy recommendations about how to make progress on level of cultivation of Beijing metropolitan modern farmers.
