摘要
目的：探讨金刚健骨片防止绝经后骨质疏松症的机理。方法：摘除雌性 Ｓ Ｄ大鼠双侧卵巢制成动物模型，灌药１３ 周断头取血，用放免法测定动物血清内分泌激素 Ｅ２， Ｂ Ｇ Ｐ， Ｃ Ｔ， Ｐ Ｔ Ｈ。结果：金刚健骨片和对比药物骨松宝，尼尔雌醇均能提高模型鼠 Ｅ２， Ｂ Ｇ Ｐ， Ｃ Ｔ 水平，抑制 Ｐ Ｔ Ｈ 分泌。结论：金刚健骨片对绝经后骨质疏松症骨形成与骨吸收失衡具有双向调节作用。
Objective:To probe into the mechanism of preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis with the treatment of Jin Gan Jian Gu Pian.(JGJGP).Method:After extrocting both sides of overia of femal SD rats,feeding the rats with Medicine (observating or controlling medicines) for 13 weeks,then taking rats' blood by deraction,and determinating E2,BGP,CT,PTH,of Serum.Result:Increacing the contents of E2,BGP,CT of the rats serum and inhibiting the secretion of PTH with JGJGP(observating medicine),GUSONGBAO and Nyiestriol (controlling medicine).Conclusion:JGJGP has the action of double adjustion for the imbalance of bone formation and absorbtion of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
