摘要
对央视"2.9"火灾特点的分析,围绕超高层建筑的发展现状和趋势,从火灾发展模式、灭火作战和人员疏散等方面,剖析了超高层建筑火灾危险性与火灾扑救难点。高层建筑火灾扑救受消防装备、消防供水的限制。借鉴国内外消防领域的先进理念和技术,提出利用纳米材料和生物仿真等科技手段,革新执勤作战装备,提高超高层建筑的防护能力。讨论了空气呼吸器、氧气呼吸器如何满足消防员长时间灭火作战的需要,以及超高层建筑逃生技术等。
According to the discussion on characteristics of"2·9" CCTV conflagration,combined with the current situation and development tendency of super high-rise building,the fire hazard and difficulty in fire fighting of super high-rise building has been analyzed from respects of the fire evolution mode,fire fighting operation and evacuation.Fire protection equipment and fire water supply could restrict the fire extinguishing efficiency of super high-rise building.It's feasible to apply technological means of nanometer material and biosimulation and reform operational equipments,taken reference to domestic and overseas advanced concepts and technology of fire fighting,to improve the protection capability of super high-rise building.How to meet the requirements of long-time fire fighting and escaping from super the high-rise building was as well as discussed by using compressed air breathing apparatus and oxygen breathing apparatus.
