摘要
目的观察宫外孕方联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)及米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法将符合保守治疗条件的输卵管妊娠患者135例随机分为2组。对照组67例予MTX50mg/m2单次肌肉注射,同时予米非司酮50mg,每日2次口服,连服3d。治疗组68例在对照组治疗基础上予宫外孕方口服,观察2组治疗成功率及血β亚单位人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)下降情况和转阴时间,B超监测盆腔包块缩小情况。结果治疗组治疗成功率、血β-HCG下降情况、转阴时间、盆腔包块缩小率及平均住院日均优于对照组,差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕方联合MTX及米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠疗效确切,副反应少,保守治疗成功率高,且可缩短住院时间。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Exfetation formula combined with Methotrexate （MTX） and Mifepristone on salpingocyesis. Methods 135 patients with salpingocyesis and conforming to the conservative treatment condition were randomly divided into two groups. 67 patients in control group were treated by MTX, 50mg/m2 and Mifepristone, 50mg, twice a day. 68 cases in treatment group were treated by Exfetation formula combined with MTX and Mifepristone. The cure rate, rate of decay of β-HCG, clearance time and minification of nodule were observed. Results The improvement of the cure rate, rate of decay of β-HCG, clearance time, minification of nodule and average length of stay in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Exfetation formula combined with Methotrexate and Mifepristone has definite effect on salpingocyesis.
