摘要
目的观察大黄芒硝外敷对妇科手术后切口愈合的影响。方法将160例妇产科术后切口有可能愈合不佳者随机分为两组,观察组83例于术后第2天给予大黄、芒硝混合粉外敷,对照组77例于术后第2天外敷1%利凡诺尔湿纱布,观察切口红肿消退时间、硬结消退时间、脂肪液化和切口感染积脓发生情况。结果观察组无一例切口脂肪液化和切口感染积脓发生,切口全部为甲级愈合而且切口硬结消退时间与对照组比较显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论大黄芒硝外敷具有防止术后切口脂肪液化、促进术后切口愈合、缩短切口硬结消退时间的作用。
Objective T0 observe the influence of external application with rhubarb mirabilite for incicions healing after surgery in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Method 160 patients with possible bad incicions healing after surgery in department of gynecology and obstetrics were divided into two groups stochastically,the observation group（n=83） received external application with rhubarb and mirabilite mix powde in the 2nd day after operation,and the control group（n=77） received external application with 1% Acrinol wet gauze the 2nd day after operation,the margin inflamed retrogression time,the induration retrogression time,the fat liquefication and the margin infection empyema were observed.Results The observation group had no margin fat liquefaction and margin infection empyema,the margin heals were completely for A grade,moreover the margin induration retrogression time was remarkable contraction compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The external application with rhubarb mirabilite can prevent the margin fat liquefaction,promote the margin healing,and reduce the margin induration retrogression time.
