摘要
绞股蓝为葫芦科绞股蓝属多年生草质藤本植物,在我国主要分布在秦岭及长江以南广大地区,其主要成分是绞股蓝皂苷、多糖和黄酮类,具有降低血脂、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗衰老等药理作用。文章就绞股蓝资源种属与分布、化学成分、提取分析方法、药理作用方面对绞股蓝予以综述,以便为今后进一步的研究提供理论依据。
Gynostemma pentaphyllum belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family,which is widely distributed in the south of the Qinling Mountains and the Yangtze River in China.G.pentaphyllum is rich in gypenosides,polysaccharides and flavonoids.These components have various activities including cholesterol-lowering activity,anti-tumor activity,hypoglycemic activity,anti-aging and other pharmacological effects.This study reviewed the progress about species and distribution of Gynostemma resources,chemical components,extraction method and pharmacological effects in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research.
