摘要
目的了解食品出口企业员工的食品安全知识、态度、行为,为食品出口企业员工进行食品安全教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对360名出口食品企业员工进行食品安全知识和态度行为问卷调查,用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果管理人员的食品安全知识得分高于食品加工人员,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);文化程度高或者工龄长的员工其食品安全知识得分也高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);食品安全知识知晓水平高的员工食品安全态度、行为得分也高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论要加强对出口食品企业员工尤其是工龄短、文化程度低的食品加工人员食品安全知识教育。
Objective Provide food safety education references for employees in food export enterprises through studying their mastering of relevant knowledge, attitude and practice.Methods Carry out questionnaire survey on knowledge, attitude, and practice of 360 employees in food export enterprises by cluster sampling, and SPSS statistical software is employed for data processing and statistical analysis.Results The score of managers is higher than the food processers, meanwhile, employees with higher education level or long work experiences, or higher level of knowledge on food safety get higher scores, too.And there were significant differences in the corresponding factors (P0.05).Conclusion We should strengthen education of food safety knowledge among employees with short work experiences and low education level.
