摘要
[目的]总结中风恢复期病人的中医康复护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析20例中风恢复期病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人入院时日常生活能力(ADL)评分为41.80分±14.44分,出院时ADL评分为56.30分±17.23分。[结论]运用传统中医理念,加强中风恢复期病人的中医康复护理可提高病人的生活自理能力。
Objective：It summarized rehabilitation nursing interventions in traditional Chinese medicine for patients with cerebral apoplexy in convalescent period. Methods： Clinical data of 20 cerebral apoplexy patients in convalescent period were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The score of ability of daily living （ADL） of patients on admission was 41.80±14.44 and was 56.30±17.23 on their discharge. Conclusion： To strengthen rehabilitation nursing in traditional Chinese medicine for patients with cerebral apoplexy in convalescent period can enhance the self-care ability of patients.
