摘要
针对我国城市土地利用的议题，分析了土地利用与城市经济发展的关系，倡导应以科学严肃的态度引用土地分析指标、看待城市土地利用资源短缺问题，阐明了土地与经济协同发展的规律、土地集约化与城市土地规模的依存规律以及可持续发展的土地利用规律。
Through analyzing the relationship between land use and urban economic development, the paper proposes to use the land use analyzing index and to view the resources shortage problem of land use in the terms of scientific. It also explains the principles of coordinating development between land and economy, interaction between land intention and land scale, as well as sustainable development principles.
