摘要
本研究使用４～５周龄肉仔鸡２１６只随机等分成３组，每组６个重复，每个重复１２只，分别置于三个环控舱中，温度均控制为３２℃，相对湿度分别控制为３０％、６０％、９０％，另用同批体重相似的鸡２７只饲养在正常环境条件下，做为对照，试验期为２周，定期采血测定血浆生化指标。结果显示，在高温条件下，湿度对鸡血浆肌酸激酶（ＣＫ）和乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）水平没有显著影响；６０％ＲＨ组和９０％ＲＨ组鸡血浆总蛋白（ＴＰ）、白蛋白（ＡＬＢ）水平显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），球蛋白（ＧＬＯＢ）水平与对照组比没有显著差异；三个湿度处理组之间血浆尿素氮（ＵＮ）、尿酸（ＵＡ）水平没有显著差异；６０％ＲＨ组和９０％ＲＨ组血浆葡萄糖（ＧＬＵ）水平显著高于３０％ＲＨ组和对照组；高温使鸡血浆甘油三酯（ＴＲＩＧ）水平显著升高，而各湿度处理之间没有显著差异。
? week old Avian broilers were each divided into 3 groups with 6 duplicates to study effect of humidity on plasma biochemical indexes in broilers at high ambient temperature.Three humidity treatments were 30%±7%、60%±7%、90%±7% relative humidity(RH) and ambient temperature was 32±1℃.The test lasted two weeks.The other 27 broilers were fed in common house with 20±2℃ and 50%±10% RH in order to contrast with the treatment groups.The results showed that there were no significant difference in plasma creatine kinase and lactic dehydrogenase level among treatments and contrast group.There were significant increase in plasma total protein,albumin level at 60% and 90% RH groups compared with contrast group,but there was no significant difference in plasma globulin at 60% and 90%RH groups compared with contrast group.Plasma uric acid and urea nitrogen level had no significant difference among three humidity treatments.Plasma glucose rose significantly at 60% and 90%RH groups compared with other groups.Plasma triglyceride level rose significantly at 32℃,but there was no difference in plasma triglyceride level among three humidity treatments.
