摘要
应用热力学方法对煤中黄铁矿脱硫反应进行了较系统的计算与分析.结果表明,黄铁矿具有较高的热稳定性,黄铁矿的干法还原脱硫和热解脱硫属热力学控制反应,脱硫应在高温下进行;黄铁矿湿法脱硫可在常温下进行,其主要方法是氧化法和碱液浸取法.
Thermodynamic calculation and analysis for chemical desulfurization of pyrite in coal were carried out.The results indicated that,pyrite is of high thermal stablity,and in the gas solid phase,both reduction and prolysis desulfurization of pyrite are thermodynamic controlling reaction which take place only at high temperatures.But the removal of sulfur from pyrite in solution can occur at high temperature,the mian methods include oxidization and alkali soak desulfurization.
