摘要
以羟乙基壳聚糖为抗菌剂,利用磺化的方法得到羟乙基壳聚糖磺酸酯,将其溶解于NaOH中,与黏胶共混纺丝。研究了纤维的结构和性能,结果显示,壳聚糖与纤维素混合均匀。添加壳聚糖后,纤维的干湿态强度、质量比电阻略低于纯粘胶纤维,卷曲率、卷曲回复率下降较大。干湿态的断裂伸长增加,动静摩擦因数差别较大,具有较好的吸湿性和K/S值。纤维同时具有明显的抑制大肠杆菌的作用。
Hydroxyethyl chitosan (HECs) xanthate was blended with cellulose xanthate in alkaline solution and Hydroxyethyl chitosan/ Viscose rayon fibers (HCVFs) were spun. The properties were investigated. By addition of HECs, the strength of HCVFs in dry and wet state and its mass specific decreased compared to that of Viscose rayon slightly but its crimp ratio and crimp recovery decreased greatly, its elongation in dry and wet state also increased greatly, its discrepancy of dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient shows big. It has nice moisture absorption and K/S value. The fiber has effective antibacterial effects on E. coli.
