摘要
从切削刃上任一点的当前轴向位置出发,比较在此圆周位置上,以前若干转每转同一切削点的轴向位置,判断刀具是否处于切削状态,通过逐个位置计算,从而可以方便地找到切入切出点;再根据切削时该位置本次切削点与以前同位置刀刃可能轨迹间的最小值,即本次切削的轴向尺寸,进而可求出切削面积及切削力,为进一步的振动钻削参数计算及仿真提供条件。
The statue whether the tool is in cutting condition is determined by starting from the current place of any point on the cutting edge and comparing the axial place of same cutting point before several revolutions. Though the statue of cutting in every position is calculated, the points of cutting out and cutting in will be found easily. The current cutting size in axial will be obtained. The minimum between the place of cutting point and the place that previously possible position of the blade path is the axial dimensions of this cutting. So the cutting area and cutting force will be obtained. It offers the condition for the calculated parameters and simulation of axial vibration drilling.
