不同品种砂仁挥发性成分及质量评价研究 被引量:39

Study on Volatile Constitutions and Quality Evaluation of Different Varieties of Fructus Amomis

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对阳春砂、绿壳砂和缩砂的挥发性成分进行研究,分别鉴定出36、44、45种化学成分,并测定了其相对含量。采用色谱指纹图谱分区法,将砂仁总离子流色谱图分为3个区,对3个品种砂仁的质量进行分析和比较。结果表明,绿壳砂和缩砂的挥发性成分基本相同,而阳春砂与这两者的挥发性成分差异较大。阳春砂中含量最高的挥发性成分是砂仁的主要药效成分乙酸龙脑酯,其含量为59.60%。而绿壳砂和缩砂中含量最高的挥发性成分均为樟脑,分别占挥发性成分的63.02%和60.23%。阳春砂的品质最好,故不宜用绿壳砂或缩砂代替阳春砂入药。该研究为不同品种砂仁的鉴定及质量评价提供了新途径。 The volatile constitutions of Amomum villosum Lour,Amomum villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and Amomum xanthioides Wall.were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Thirty-six,forty-four and forty-five components of three Fructus amomis were identified,respectively,and their relative contents were determined.The qualities of 3 varieties of Fructus amomis were analyzed and compared with each other by using the dividing sections of chromatographic fingerprint method.The total ion current chromatograms were divided into 3 sections of chromatographic fingerprint.Results showed that the volatile constitutions for Amomum villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and Amomum xanthioides Wall.were basically identical,however,they were quite different from that of Amomum villosum Lour.The most abundant component in Amomum villosum Lour was bornyl acetate,which was the active ingredient of Fructus amonis and accounted for 59.60% of the volatile constitutions in Amomum villosum Lour.The dominant compound in Amomum villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen and Amomum xanthioides Wall.was camphor,which occupied 63.02% and 60.23%of the volatile constitutions,respectively.Amomum villosum Lour showed the best quality,therefore,it couldn't be substituted with Amomum villosum Lour.var.xanthioides T.L.Wu et Senjen or Amomum xanthioides Wall.This study provided a new way for the comparison and quality evaluation for different varieties of Fructus amomis.
