摘要
对斜拉桥钢索坠落后进行失效分析,对钢丝的形貌、表面腐蚀产物以及断口进行观察、检验与分析.结果表明:钢索坠落的原因是钢索的表面保护不完善,导致钢丝被严重腐蚀而造成断裂.
This paper presents the failure analysis of the steel ropes of a gaff-roped bridge, including visual examination, detection of the surface corrosion products, morphologic studies on the cross section of broken ropes. Based on the analysis results, it's found that the main cause of this failure was improper protection of the rope surface, which led to serious corrosion.
