摘要
锌镍合金镀层由于其优良的耐蚀性而广泛应用于汽车、航空、电子等行业。在此研究了氯化物—硫酸盐体系的锌镍合金电镀。研究了Ni2+/Zn2+重量比、电流密度和温度对镀层镍含量的影响,优选出一种较为理想的工艺。此外,通过阴极极化曲线和循环伏安曲线的测量研究了锌镍共沉积的电化学行为及光亮剂的作用。实验发现,光亮剂的存在能提高锌镍共沉积的阴极极化,表明其阻化作用使得锌镍合金镀层结晶细致。
Zinc-nickel alloy electrodeposits have been widely adopted in automobile, aviation and electronics industries for their high corrosion resistance. Acidic chloride-sulfate zinc-nickel solutions were described in detail, the effect of weight ratio of nickel ions with respect to zinc ions in the solution, current densities and temperature on nickel content of the electrodeposits were studied. In addition, the action of brightener as well as the electrochemical behavior of zinc-nickel codeposition was investigated by means of cathodic polarization curves and cyclic voltammetry. Cathodic polarization increased with the existance of brightener. Its restriction action on the alloy codeposition refines the grain size and improves the brightness of the deposits.
