摘要
介绍痛泻要方的现代药理研究进展和临床应用,通过对近年来相关文献的归纳分析发现其功效主要与抗炎、镇痛、止泻等药理活性相关。临床上多以其为基本方,加味化裁治疗肠易激综合征、结肠炎、腹痛腹泻等,疗效显著。应进一步利用现代化学分离分析技术和药理学研究方法,结合中药复方配伍用药特点,针对痛泻要方主要临床应用,进一步阐明其药效物质基础,并以药效物质为指标,建立其合理的质量控制和评价方法,为中药复方药物创新奠定基础。
This article introduces modern pharmacological research progress on Tongxieyaofang and its clinical application in detail. These facts show that efficacy of this prescription is often associated with some pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,analgesia,anti-diarrheal. Clinically,it is often adjusted to fit for the cure of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） ,colitis,diarrhea,with marked effectiveness. Based on the benefit of modern extraction and analysis techniques,Tongxieyaofang could be further studied to figure out the substances responsible for its efficacy,and then to establish reasonable method of quality control,in order to lay the foundation for its development as a new drug of Chinese medicine.
