摘要 大量分布式电源接入配电网并网运行,会对配电网运行的安全可靠性和经济性产生各种影响,因此,必须对接入配电网的各种分布式电源进行规划。文中根据分布式电源的特点,考虑了负荷预测值和部分类型的分布式电源输出功率的不确定性,并采用模糊变量进行表示。其规划模型基于模糊期望值模型,以年投资运行费用的模糊期望值最小为目标函数,以经济可靠运行的各种限制为约束条件。应用遗传算法求解模型时,采用了混合编码方式,加快了进化速度。算例分析表明,采用该方法求得的规划方案对于存在各种不确定规划参数的规划环境具有更强的适应性。 In view of the various forms of impact on the safety, reliability, and economy of distributed generation (DG) operation in the distribution network due to the access of large-scale distributed generation to the network for combined operation, it is necessary to carry out DG planning. According to the characteristics of DG, this paper takes into account the uncertainty of part of the distribution generation power output and the expected load value represented with fuzzy variables. Based on the fuzzy expected value model, the planning model takes minimum annual investment and operation cost as the objective function and various restrictions on economical and reliable operation as constraints. When solving the model, the hybrid encoding approach in the genetic algorithm is adopted that can accelerate the evolution. An example indicates that the planning results obtained with the method proposed have stronger adaptability to a planning environment with various uncertain factors.
