摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAXExtend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在294nm波长下对烯酰吗啉·唑嘧菌胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,烯酰吗啉和唑嘧菌胺线性相关系数分别为1.0000、1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.089、0.033;变异系数分别为0.44%、0.12%;平均回收率分别为100.0%、99.9%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of dimethomorph & initium SC by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, ZORBAX Extend-C18 column and DAD at 294nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0 and 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.089 and 0.033, the variation coefficient was 0.44% and 0.12%, the average recovery was 100.00% and 99.90%.
