摘要
从一个智能变电站的实际工程应用出发,介绍了一种智能变电站实现断路器状态监测的系统方案,及断路器状态监测装置的设计思路及实现方法。该监测系统由前置采集器、后端处理器以及状态监测主站构成,监测系统及装置具有IEC 61850数字接口,支持SMV和GOOSE信息接入。采用合理的系统设计解决了智能变电站内不同设备厂家的装置互联的问题,实现了基于IEC61850标准的智能变电站的断路器状态监测。
The design scheme of circuit breakers state monitoring system for intelligent substation is presented briefly.The design idea and implement method of circuit breakers state monitoring device is especially emphasized in detail in this design scheme.The system is made up of front sampling device,hin der processor device and mainframe device which can receive the SMV and GOOSE information with IEC 61850 digital interfaces.The system has adopted a reasonable design method to solve the issue that interlinkage would occur as devices are from different manufacturers in application,and has also realized the circuit breakers state monitoring function for intelligent substation based on IEC 61850.
