摘要
采用牛津杯抑菌圈检测法,探讨了4株芽孢杆菌(K、S、BA、SN)代谢产物对溶藻弧菌的抑制能力,用三角烧瓶稀释法模拟养殖水体,探讨了枯草芽孢杆菌SN对溶藻弧菌的抑制效果。结果显示,K、S、BA没有抑菌活性,SN有明显抑菌活性,在模拟养殖水体中,104-l06cfu/ml的SN溶液对溶藻弧菌有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用随溶藻弧菌菌量的增大而减弱。进一步尝试用SN培养液来控制鲍养殖池中底栖硅藻上弧菌的数量,104cfu/ml的SN对弧菌有较好的抑制作用。
The inhibitory effect of products derived from four marine species in Bacillus sp called as K,S,BA and SN on Vibrio alginolyticus was studied by flat-panel to control the diseases in aquaculture biologically.The SN showed a significant inhibition of the V.alginolyticus at a density of 104-106 cfu/ml.In the model culturing test,the inhibition of SN decreased with the increasing in count of V.alginolyticus.The culture medium with SN was used to control the number of V.alginolyticus on benthic diatom in abalone aquaculture ponds.It was found that the sea water with SN(104 cfu/ml)showed an efficient antibacterial effect,indicating that the SN could probably be developed an effectual probiotic agent.
