The Technology Improvement of Energy-saving in Delayed Coking Unit

摘要 介绍了0.80 Mt/a延迟焦化装置节能技术改造措施。通过改造,装置实现了可调循环比操作,处理量达到0.90 Mt/a.能耗下降82 MJ/t(1.98 kg标油/t),节能效果显著。 It was introduced that the technology improvement of energy-saving in a delayed coking unit of 0.80 Mt/a. The operation was under adjustable recycled ratio in the unit,the processing capacity up to 0.90 Mt/a;the energy-saving effect was remarkable,the consumption reduced by 82 MJ/t(1.98 kg standard oil/t)with the improvement.
