抑癌基因ARH I在子宫腺肌病中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测抑癌基因Ras同源基因家庭成员Ⅰ(Aplysia Ras Homolog Ⅰ,ARH Ⅰ)在子宫腺肌病(adenomyosis,AM)中的表达,探讨ARH Ⅰ在AM发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法比较ARH Ⅰ在AM患者在位内膜、异位内膜中与正常子宫内膜中的表达差异。结果 ARH Ⅰ在AM患者异位、在位内膜中的表达水平均较正常子宫内膜组有所增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因ARH Ⅰ表达增强可能与AM的发病及进展有关。 Objective To study the role of ARH Ⅰ ( Aplysia Ras Homolog Ⅰ ) by detecting its expression in adenomyosis. Methods The expression of ARH Ⅰ in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in patients diagnosed with adenomyosis was compared with that in the normal endometrium. Results The expression level of ARH Ⅰ in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of the experiment group increased compared with the control group ; the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The increased expression of the tumor suppressor gene ARH Ⅰ may be related to the incidence and progression of adenomyosis.
