过氧化物交联HDPE管材专用树脂的研究 被引量:5

摘要 制备了一种适合生产过氧化物交联管材的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂的催化剂A。其活性大于700 kg/g,是进口催化剂THB的10倍;用催化剂A在实验室制备的HDPE PEX0803与进口树脂的性能接近;在PEX0803配方和工艺条件的基础上工业化生产了HDPE J0253P,其过氧化物交联聚乙烯管材的内外表面光滑、平整、洁净,静液压试验未破裂、渗漏,满足用户要求。 The authors developed a catalyst, denoted as catalyst A, suitable for production of high density polyethylene(HDPE) special resin for peroxide cross linked polyethylene tubing. The activity of catalyst A was higher than or equal to 700 kg/g, ten times of that of the imported THB catalyst. The properties of HDPE PEX0803 prepared with catalyst A in the laboratory were parallel to those of the imported resin. A new grade, HDPE J0253P, was industrially produced on the basis of formula and process for HDPE PEX0803. The outer and inner wall of tubing made of HDPE J0253P was smooth, flat and clean. there was no breakage and leakage occurred. The special resin could satisfy Hydrostatic test revealed that the performance requirements presented by downstream client.
