摘要
针对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)高透明树脂2436H薄膜中"鱼眼"偏多的问题,从生产反应系统、助剂添加系统探讨了"鱼眼"的形成原因。通过调整反应工艺技术、牌号切换顺序,筛选助剂种类等,使每次生产的最初3批产品的"鱼眼"数少于6个/1 200 cm^2,达到优级品指标要求。
The reasons for exorbitant fish eye numbers in high transparency film made of low density polyethylene (LDPE), grade 2436H, were canvassed in the light of reaction system and additive feeding system. The countermeasures against formation of fish eye were taken as follows: adjusting reaction process, changing grade transition sequence and screening additives, etc. As a consequence, fish eye numbers was reduced to less than 6/1 200 cm^2 in the first three batches of each production cycle, which met the specification of the highest grade.
