摘要
慢性胰腺炎(CP)和胰腺癌是临床常见病,发病率逐年增高。最近研究表明,胰腺DWI在CP早期诊断与外分泌功能评价、胰腺肿瘤性(样)病变的鉴别诊断具有重要的应用价值。本文对DWI的理论基础、胰腺DWI技术、特别是其在胰腺癌和CP诊断中的应用进展进行综述。
Chronic pancreatitis （CP） and pancreatic carcinoma are common clinical diseases. Recent studies have shown that application value of DWI in the early diagnosis of CP,the evaluation of pancreatic exocrine function and the differential diagnosis of pancreatic tumor （-like） lesions is important. The theoretical basis of DWI,technical elements for pancreas DWI,and the recent progress in the diagnosis of CP and pancreatic carcinoma were reviewed respectively in this paper.
