摘要
针对大功率焊机电源功率合成结构复杂,稳定性不高等问题,设计一种基于模糊PID的组合式焊机电源。系统采用分散逻辑控制法解决并联系统中出现的环流问题,同时利用CAN总线实现模块间实时通信,改变了传统功率合成中单机孤立运行模式,保证了系统安全稳定运行。与传统的控制策略相比,模糊控制具有不依赖于精确数学模型,鲁棒性较强,控制方式简单等优点。实验结果表明,该系统具有较宽的功率调节范围,性能稳定可靠。
Considering the complex structure and unstable performance in the process of power synthesisa,new induction heating power synthesis based on fuzzy control is introduced.In order to improve the reliability of the whole systema,ctive and reactive power and filter current signals are transmitted through CAN bus.At the same timea,ctive and reactive power control method is applied to solve the problem of the current-sharing.Compared with the traditional control strategyf,uzzy controller doesnt’ dependent on the accurate mathematical model and has some other advantages.The results show that the controller has wide range of power modulation and nice dynamic performance.
