摘要
目的:对不同石决明品种的成分进行研究。方法:采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP)、Xray衍射分析法、差热分析(DSC)及傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)等方法对皱纹盘鲍和白鲍贝壳成分及结构进行研究。结果:其主要成分均为碳酸钙,含量分别为(920±01)%(n=3)和(916±02)%(n=3),此外,还含有丰富的微量元素。结论:两鲍壳成分一致,均可作为石决明药材。
OBJECTIVE:To study the composition of traditionel Chinese medicine “Concha Haliotidis”. METHODS: The compositions of Haliotis discus hannai Ino and Haliotis laerigata (Donovan) were determined by means of ICP, X ray diffraction, DSC and FT IR,respectively. RESULTS:The major component was calcium carbonate and the contents were (92 0±0 1)% ( n =3) and (91 6±0 2)% ( n =3),respectively. Many frace elements were also found. CONCLUSION:The results here may be used as a reference for the quality evaluation of the medicine “Concha Haliotidis”.
