摘要
以Buck变换器连续工作模式(CCM)为例,考虑到实际的功率MOSFET管、二极管、电感和电容的寄生参数,如MOSFET的导通电阻、二极管的正向压降和正向电阻、电感的等效串联电阻和电容的等效串联电阻的影响,对非理想Buck变换器进行建模和仿真分析,为DC-DC开关变换器设计和系统控制电路的设计提供依据。
The paper presented Buck converter which works in a continuous mode as an example,taking the parasitic of the actual power MOSFET,diodes,inductor and capacitors into account,such as the on-resistance of MOSFET,the forward voltage and forward resistance of diode,the equivalent series resistance of the inductor and capacitors. The paper gave the model and simulation analysis of actual Buck converter which provide a basis for the design of DC-DC converters and control circuit.
