摘要
目的研究一种新型复合季铵盐消毒剂杀菌效果和毒性及其在食品行业的应用。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、动物实验和现场试验方法,对该消毒剂相关性能及其应用进行了观察。结果用含1 000 mg/L复方季铵盐的该消毒剂对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用2 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。该消毒剂对雌雄小鼠急性经口LD50值均大于5 000 mg/kg(体重),该消毒剂属实际无毒级。该复方季铵盐消毒剂在5倍试验浓度条件下,对家兔完整皮肤刺激反应积分值均为0,属无刺激性。用2 000 mg/L该复方季铵盐消毒剂溶液5ml/m3用量喷洒消毒后,可使食品厂生产车间空气中细菌总数达到Ⅲ环境要求。结论该复方季铵盐消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,属于无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激性。
Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and the toxicity of a new compound disinfectant,as well as its application in the food industry.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,animal experiment method and field experimental test were used to know the properties and application of the disinfectant.Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia colis,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in the suspension exposed to the new compound disinfectant solution with 1 000 mg/L of quaternary ammonium compound for 2 minutes were all above 5.0.The mouse oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfectant was above 5 000 mg/kg body weight,which was belonged to practically non-toxic class.The five-fold test concentration solution of the disinfectant was non-irritating to the skin of healthy rabbit.After using 5ml/m3 of disinfectant solution with 2 000 mg/L of quaternary ammonium compound,the total bacterial count of the workshop air in a food factory met the III environment requirement.Conclusions The new compound disinfectant had good germicidal efficacy.It was belonged to practically non-toxic class and non-irritating to skin.
