摘要
设计了基于反电势检测法的BLDCM无位置传感器控制系统,检测反电势电压信号并经过鉴相处理后代替霍尔信号。同时针对该方法的不足,对换相时刻进行软件补偿,实现了BLDCM的近似准确换向。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
The sensorless BLDCM system based on the detecting back EMF was proposed.Instead of HALL signals,the back EMF which had been detected and phase-recognized was used in the control system.On the base of the weakness of this method,the phase-delay at the commutation was compensated in the software,and the commutation of the BLDCM was achieved accurately.The simulation and experiment results verified that this method was effective and practicable.
