摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病50例临床疗效。方法:颈椎牵引、内服中药、推拿、针灸、静脉滴注神经妥乐平连续治疗2周,采用随机、自身治疗前、后症状和体征积分变化对比进行研究,观察指标包括临床症状及体征分级记分。疗效判断以临床症状及体征基本小时,积分减少≥70%为显效;积分减少≥30%为有效。结果:本组患者经中西医结合治疗总有效率达到91%,治疗后积分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病有明显的疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis in fifty cases. Methods：All patients were given such as cervical traction, oral Chinese medicine, massage, acupuncture, intravenous drip of Neurotropin for 2 weeks. The integrals before and after the treatment were compared.Results：The total effective rate was 91%, and the integral after treatment was markedly reduced than before treatment （P0.01）.Conclusion：This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is efficacious for nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.
